For WordPress plugin support, the best place to start is the WordPress.org support forums for each plugin. We actively monitor both forums and typically respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Found a bug? Open an issue on the relevant plugin support page. Include your WordPress version, PHP version, and steps to reproduce the issue. We take every report seriously and aim to resolve issues quickly.
